I don’t know what is the meaning of martabak in English. Maybe in west you say pizza,but very different. It’s more delicious….trust me….
Why martabak is called Hok Lo Pan…
the story is,long time ago..martabak is food of chinesse’ noble decline of Hok Lo family.
But the secret of that food was not keeped so many people can make that cake.
